IC Insights公布2011年上半年全球前二十大半導體商營收排名，英特爾(Intel)受惠個人電腦市場需求仍強，以及其所收購的英飛凌(Infineon)無線事業部門營收挹注，今年上半年業績較去年同期勁升23%，不僅穩居半導體龍頭寶座，更顯著拉大與第二名三星(Samsung)的營收差距。整體而言，前二十大半導體商上半年銷售總額較去年同期增長8%，優於整體半導體產業上半年成長率4%的表現。
